ARKONIK DEFENDER 110 W/ 5 SPEED MANUAL, 200TDI

HCC is proud to present this 1992 Land Rover Defender 110 that has been undergone an all-encompassing restoration and recommissioning by marque experts Arkonik in the UK. Each and every Arkonik build is a completely custom build, but all are nut-and-bolt restoration endeavors that take the Defender far beyond the level at which they leave the factory. A carefully selected donor vehicle is sourced, completely stripped, sand-blasted, primed, and coated. Entirely new suspension, steering, fueling, brakes, A B and C pillars, side seals, and rear body tub are fitted to the newly refreshed chassis. Transmission, transfer box, and engine are are disassembled, cleaned, and refurbished. All body panels are completely new and are prepped, primed, baked, and painted prior to being hand-aligned for perfect fitment.

This particular commission, named Magma, features the 5 speed manual transmission and Land Rover's 200Tdi Turbo Diesel. The exterior is finished in a pearlescent black with orange and brown metallic undertones called "Copper Black" and the interior is primarily black with quilted tan leather seating surfaces and door cards. It now shows just over 3,500 miles since being built.
