HCC is pleased to present this show-stopping 1983 911 SC Cabriolet that has been painstakingly converted into a Slantnose Turbo Cabriolet with all-steel bodywork, an upgraded 3.3L turbocharged engine out of a 930 Turbo, a 4-speed manual with a limited slip differential, and numerous other upgrades. While slantnose and turbo-look conversions abounded in the 1980s in the United States, many were poorly fabricated fiberglass and most that began as naturally aspirated Carreras or SCs stayed naturally aspirated under their tea tray rear decklids. This car is rare both in the completeness and quality of the conversion, with a complete drivetrain transplant and all-steel bodywork. Thanks to an upgraded K27 turbocharger, larger intercooler, and Borla exhaust, it also is significantly more potent than a stock 930 Turbo. Add in some suspension updates, interior upgrades, and genuine Speedline for RUF wheels, and it becomes a striking package in both appearance and performance.
This wonderfully period-correct Slantnose Turbo conversion is offered with a clean Texas title and clean CARFAX.
